Had dinner on Fri. night with friends and loved the appetizers, home-made cheeses, pizzas and cappuccinos afterwards. Fabulous service all the way around. Can't wait to go back next time my wife and I visit San Antonio.

We had noticed how popular this place is from all the media attention so we decided to arrive for an early dinner. We were greeted and seated, but no server appeared. After awhile I had to return to the hostess for assistance. Our server finally appeared and he was a helpful fellow named Travis. He has been here for the... More

Fantastic. You have to try the cheese dishes. The Burrata here is amazing. It can get busy so go early if you can, otherwise enjoy a beer outside while you wait.

Although there was many people waiting, the wait was not very long. Our waitress was very helpful in explaining the menu, we had several good choices and it seems the pizza was very light and tasteful. Nice outside atmosphere.

I come to Dough every time I am in San Antonio. I love the atmosphere and the amazing authenticity of the pizza. My family lived in Naples for 4 years, and this pizza, from the mozzarella di bufala to the wood firing, brings back wonderful culinary memories. The service is fantastic. It is often a busy place, so we go... More

The smells as you enter the restaurant are the first thing that hits your senses. Fresh, warm and inviting is the second. The kitchen is on full view and you can watch the chefs make everything from scratch. Amazing! The food is delicious and fresh, always made to order. We enjoyed a pizza and appetizer that were both different from... More

We arrived at 11 am on a Wednesday, and even though we were the first customers of the day the staff sprang into action and welcomed us graciously. The waiter was knowledgeable and helpful. We were served quickly, appetizers of a sampling of homemade mozzarella and a beautiful mixture of colorful roasted beets with walnuts and cheese. The sausage used... More

We visited for the first time last month as we've heard wonderful things from other people. I wish our experience was a better one. We understood there would be a wait but their waiting area benches are extremely limited with the outdoor wine bar's busser tubs occupying an entire bench while everyone stands around. Our server recommended the Truffle Barrata... More

I have traveled all over the world and this is the worst pizza pie I have ever had. Italy, Canada you name it. The dough was raw in the middle with the edges burned. I had two bottles of water and two 10 inches pizza pies and it was over $50. You would do better at Miss Ellie's for a... More

We have been here many times and it seems to get better each time. Every appetizer is delicious but my favorites are speidinni and sausage with peppers. I think we have tried every variety of pizza and they are all delicious! Add an egg or two to one for an extra flavor sensation. There is almost always a long wait... More
