Pretty good coffee and food shop, although it was too polished for my tastes. It seemed like if the lights were lower a jazz club might start up instantly. I only had a cinnamon roll here that was pretty good. The kids had hot chocolates and liked them but, hey...they are just got chocolate, not a science project. This was... More

Been to the Bean multiple times - a great place for a tasty - and beautiful! Latte and a muffin before boarding the ferry for 'merica. Staff super friendly, coffee drinks at the right temperature, and pastries and breakfast sammies pretty good too. Plus a monitor showing ferry arrivals so you dont miss the loading!

I can't speak to anything beyond the coffee, which was excellenet. The proprietor was behind the counter every time we were at the store. Which I appreciate.

I have been to Friday Harbor 2 x, for a night each, and probably 4 x to this café. I really liked my coffee, and my daughter was able to order something off of the children's menu that she really liked. They have comfortable seating and games that you can play at the tables. The staff were friendly upon all... More

This is the best place to go for a good coffee on the island. The staff is friendly, and the food they offer is tasty. Not a huge selection of items, but if you just want a breakfast sandwich or yogurt parfait or oatmeal, they provide nice above-average options. Nice place to start off your day or stop mid-day to... This is a small, casual place. Order at the counter and then carry your food to a table. The tables are not squeezed together, so it's a great spot to sit with a few friends for a conversation over breakfast or lunch. I had coffee and plain oatmeal, my husband had lox and bagel, and our friend had oatmeal piled... More

Best steel cute oatmeal breakfast with fresh berries and nuts. Great banana nut muffin. Coffee and flavored waters excellent. Enjoyed a cookie and coffee in the afternoon. Great atmosphere with good wifi.
