Food here was good, not exceptional but perfectly fine. Did not chose the burgers which seem to be a specialty. Nice outside seating area.

Good burgers and they offer gluten free buns on request. Milkshakes, floats, fries (potato and sweet potato), and onion rings! Good place to recharge if wandering downtown Santa Fe in or near the Plaza.

Really nothing more to add than the title. Burger was cooked to the temperature ordered and opted for the cole slaw instead of the chips. Best burger I have had in a long time. Eating here had been on my bucket list for some time....More

Best burger I've had anywhere! A few different offerings to choose from; anything from here has been top-notch. A must-go-to in Santa Fe!

Description
The Famous Green Chile Cheeseburgers are back! John and Bonnie Eckre, formerly of Bobcat Bite, are taking their food to the next level at the new Santa Fe Bite located inside Garrett's Desert Inn on Old Santa Fe Trail. In addition to their savory Green Chile Cheeseburgers, Santa Fe Bite features fresh tacos, fish and chips, sandwiches, a choice of French or sweet potato fries and a little something they like to call 'The Big Bite' that comes with a side of buttery garlic bread. Creamy milkshakes and homemade lemonade are just some of the sweet treats popping up on their new menu. Also, we are now serving beer and wine. Santa Fe Bite opens at 8am Saturday and Sunday which means early birds can sample tasty Breakfast menu offerings like hot cornmeal pancakes with maple syrup, brioche French toast with maple caramel sauce and house-made biscuits with Mom's gravy. Spend a leisurely Sunday outside at Santa Fe Bite. The new Brunch menu includes eggs benedict, Steak & Eggs and Huevos Rancheros.
