I’ve eaten here a lot and generally love it. I think the quality off season is different than the summer. Heirloom tomato salad was just ok- the burrata was spread on the bottom of the plate like sour cream - weird, not enough burrata for...More

We have eaten here before and were impressed but this trip the food was not that great especially for the price. With a bottle of wine, it was over $200 for my wife and I. I had uncooked rice sprinkled in my dish which was...More

It's a very cool ambiance in a great hotel and we just ordered the street tacos off of the bar menu. So, the rest of their menu may be fabulous but these tacos were very average and unimaginative and extremely over-priced.

We hosted an out of town guest at this great place, and the service was amazing. Very accommodating for our guest's special needs, the food was terrific, and the special requests were answered perfectly. Will be a guest again!

We chose to try Anasazi after reviewing the menu and for it’s convenient location. We were not disappointed! Having traveled extensively in the Southwest and and dined at many upscale and specialty restaurants, we both agreed that we had the finest meal at the Anasazi....More

My wife and I do a burger every week or 2 and occasionally go to the Anasazi bar. Very nice bar menu and my favorite is the buffalo burger with spicy fries. Usually start with a Manhattan and then a beer with the burger. Small...More

We ate breakfast there on the Saturday morning of the Indian Market which is quite busy. Everyone was at the Burrito Factory, assuming because it was cheaper there so we just popped over to Anasazi and it was nice surprise. Staff was pleasant. We sat...More

Inspired by Santa Fe's rich cultural and culinary history, Executive Chef Edgar Beas' menus fuse old world techniques with modern, innovative recipes and artful plating. The dishes fully embrace the Inn's Southwestern and native heritage and are consistently changing and adapting to reflect the freshest, most seasonal ingredients found in and around Santa Fe. The 38-seat dining room offers guests an intimate dining experience with a sophisticated design featuring leather and linen chairs complementing the natural wood tables. Al fresco dining is available on the patio. The Anasazi Bar has long been considered one of Santa Fe's most popular bars and is known for its Silver Coin margaritas and classic cocktails. The bar also features a lounge area with additional seating and a dedicated tequila table, where guests can taste the restaurant's comprehensive collection of premium tequilas, enjoy unique tequila and food pairings. The bar and lounge feature the Para Picar menu which includes small plates designed for sharing as well as casual bar fare. The Bar & Lounge offer Social Hour S-Th from 3:00 to 5:00 pm offering half priced beer and wine by the glass and our Social Bites Menu. Contact the restaurant for details on special holiday events.
