Great breakfast burritos, especially with Christmas chile. Plain storefront, but quality excellent, and service friendly and efficient.

Love the food here. Forget the looks and location, some of the best Mexican food in town. Tonight we did takeout and everything was wonderful. We had the mojarra frita which is a fried tilapia. Not found that often in Santa Fe, one of the...best rendition around. The shrimp Enchilada's are to die for. We ordered a large pan of Chicken Enchiladas "Christmas" as they split up and freeze really well. Defrost, nuke and you've got a lot of great meals. Excellent Flan and they serve Horchata which is lovely. The people here are so nice too. Eat in, take out, you can't lose. Affordable and delicious food.More

We ordered way too much food, but it was all very good! We ordered the combination pupusas and we each got a plate of enchiladas. The staff was super nice and the prices were great. Make sure you add this to your Santa Fe trip...list!More

We had a delicious lunch at this small restaurant a little off the beaten path. I was getting my oil changed at the Jiffy Lube and asked the manager there for a recommended lunch spot. We walked across the street to this little restaurant -...it doesn’t look like much from outside, but the food was yummy! I had two pork tamales (excellent), rice, beans and posole; and warm sopaipillas with honey. My spouse had two chicken tacos instead of the tamales. The staff were friendly and efficient. The entire bill (I only drank water, my spouse had a soda) was under $20. Excellent local South-Western food away from down town Santa Fe!More

Really tasty restaurant not far from central Santa Fe, with plenty of easy free parking even on the busiest nights, good Mexican food, and crazy low prices!

On our annual trip to Arizona we took a detour into Santa Fe for a red chili/ristra fix. Stuck in the back of my mind were the reviews last year of the Red Enchilada so when it popped up on map quest “ Stop the...Car” was my exultation. We walked into friendly smiles and wonderful smells. I am beginning a detox so stuck to veggies. I had the blue veggie enchilada. Wow!! Calibasitas ( corn and zucchini ) with spinach and cheese topped with mouth watering red 🌶 The plate was lovely with flavorful beans and rice to balance these superb flavors. Everything coming out of the kitchen was fresh and beautiful. Oh did I mention the soppapillas were delish. This is a hidden gem. Not fancy just delicious food and authenticity everywhere you look.More

Still the best place in town for authentic papusas, and their shrimp dishes are good too. The curtido and guacamole are always fresh at prices that won't gouge your wallet. Very casual surroundings with friendly staff. There's always a soccer game on the TV!
