It's changed a bit since I first started getting coffee there in 1984. It's still cozy. The coffee is still great and it's nice for meeting a friend or family stop. It almost never rains in Sitka ;) but should you be damp and chilled and need a warm spot and a hot cup this is the place.

Every time I go in there it is a good experience. I visit every day when I visit Sitka. There is 1 particular lady working in there that is extremely happy and helpful, I believe her husband is in the Coast Guard there. Always a pleasure to be waited on by her. The coffee is excellent and the breakfast burritos... More

At first you think you won't be able to just drive up and park, since there is almost always a waiting line of cars at the window. However, you can snake by on the right hand side, park, and walk in. The place is cozy, with lots of varied heights and sizes of tables and counters. The food options are... More

Good coffee with 90 minutes free wifi with each purchase. Staff very friendly and courteous. Nice little 'city' with historical heritage.

Lovely place for coffee and a 'bagel' with salmon cream cheese. A bit hard to find - actually behind the 7-11

Everyone goes to the Highliner. It is constantly busy throughout the day with drive through and people walking in. The coffee is very good and the pastries fresh and yummy. My partner and I split a breakfast burrito with cream cheese – really nice egg, meat, beans, and corn filling – interesting and good. We also split a sticky cinnamon... More

Highliner was open on either Friday afternoon or Saturday afternoon when most of the rest of the town shut down. The coffee was excellent. It's close to the downtown. We may have munched on something too. Very good place.
