We are not beer drinkers, altho I thought about it. We had a nice dinner, Rylee was our server (very friendly) on a recent Saturday night. I had a patty melt that needed a fork. Large, juicy, huge patty-full of fun! The boneless wings were good, we chose the garlic parm and not too heavy on the garlic. The cheesecake... More

Got the chance to eat here while visiting Flagstaff - oh my gosh - incredible! I got the bacon, mac and cheese burger & it was HUGE! The burger consisted of melted gouda cheese included in the burger along with the bacon! Absolutely fabulous! Great food & great sweet potato waffle fries along with tasty drinks! Definitely worth eating at... More

I was passing thru and I didn't want just fast food place to eat. I saw this Pub on the corner in Flagstaff. I walk in and there was no waiting. I got a beer and sandwich. The beer was good and cold and the the sandwich tasted very good. It reminded me of a Irish Pub in St. Louis.... More

One of many Irish pubs in old town Flagstaff. We were a bit hungry and thirsty mid-afternoon on a Tuesday, so we stopped in this quiet, at least at that time of the day, almost empty pub. The appetizer nachos were memorable with the lemon drop martini the very attentive server mixed, although not on their menu. Comfortable seating and... More

This is a great place to go if you're in the mood for drinks and bar food. Their variety of burgers is very good, and the burgers themselves are some of the best that I've had in Flag. I've also had their Southwest roast beef sandwich that was also very good. Although I haven't tried their chicken wings, I did... More

Just happened to find Collins on our way through town. Great food and friendly service. The French dip sandwich (lamb) was delicious! Service was excellent as well.

Stopped in here for happy hour dinner on a Monday evening. Great Shepherd's Pie and Irish beer on tap. Friendly, efficient service and piping hot food. Total tab for dinner and a few drinks was under $40 with tip. Can't beat that!

Staff was super friendly. I went to study in Sedona from Canada. So being alone I looked for the busiest place. And Collins was it. Food is great. The vibe is amazing. Loved it.

Choose to visit Collins when we were in Flag for what happened to be Parent's Weekend as well as the Hopi Culture and Arts Festival. We were not disappointed! I had the Pub Sausage plate which was yummy, and not overrun with bread and nasty carbs. My wife's order had a bobble, but the way that our awesome server Devin... More
