There are not a lot of good places to eat in Medora and Boots is certainly not one of them, The service was prompt and good but the food left something to be desired. We had the rotisserie chicken special and it was very dry...More

One of the few restaurants that is open after 9pm. There is a large bar and a number of high top tables. There is also a back game room with pool tables and electronic games. The hamburger I ordered was average in taste and texture...More

We had dinner here and their hours are shifting for the busy season. As of early June, only slices of pizza and rotisserie chicken were available after 8, but it sounded like hours were going to be later next week. Bar tender was clearly the...More

Plenty of staff, and they were working hard, but seemed very unorganized. We were there for about 2 hours... and didn't have the same server. Each time we needed a refill, we had to flag someone down and we were sitting at the bar. Great...More

The only restaurant open in town while we were there and we lucked out. The food was delicious. Wonderful soup and salad! Our waitress had just started working there but was super friendly and provided great service .

Hard to find a place to eat in Medora the middle of May. We had lunch and it was good. My wife's chicken sandwich was not very good. At least that is what she said. Onion rings were good and so was chicken tenders.

Very busy on a warm May Sunday and I don't think they expected it. The servers were working hard and the food was good. It was just a little slow. We would go back again for sure. We love a selection of good craft beers.

What a wonderful bar and grill in little Medora, North Dakota! A true western feeling with great wait staff, any drinks imaginable for those over 21 and all the favorite non alcohol choices for the kids and the driver! This place is clean, friendly and...More

The food was good, the service was fine. Prices were a little high (not too bad) but that was to be expected for a touristy place. We would eat here again.

We visited in the off season, so I believe this was one of the few places to eat lunch. In my prior experience, when traveling, if you are one of the few place open that gives you free rein to charge too much for not...More

The Boots Bar & Grill was formerly the Iron Horse Saloon. New owners have taken over and were not allowed the former name, which I feel is actually to their advantage. We have eaten there three different times while passing through North Dakota and would like to leave a review under the new name of "Boots Bar & Grill". It looks like they have expanded. It is a western themed saloon with a large screened in porch as you first walk in, saloon has several large tables made from huge tree slabs, there is a spiral stairway that leads to a large loft for serving 30-45 with an open terrace on top that also has several tables outside.
