Known to be one of the "gems" of Waikiki, Odoriko is one of the area's longest established Japanese restaurants; a popular destination since 1972. Its chefs pride themselves of bringing you the very best cuts of ocean-fresh fish: From tender, melt-in-your-mouth sushi and sashimi to broiled Maine lobster, grilled garlic shrimp and misoyaki butterfish. Odoriko's wide menu selection also includes hot pot entrees -- shabu shabu, sukiyaki, chanko nabe or seafood nabe --, chicken karaage, tempura, homemade tofu and delicious noodle dishes. The modern lights and relaxing setting at Odoriko will be just the ticket to get the night started with some of the best hot or cold sake.

First time was with a group of 5. We ordered several "rolls" which we gobbled up---garlic salmon, spicy tuna, rainbow, deluxe odoriko, dynamite, and spicy tempura. Nothing disappointed! The Ogo salad is a genuine seaweed salad with various types of seaweed that tastes like crunchy...More

We stumbled across this place and had a delightful evening. The miso glazed butterfish was fabulous and the sushi was delicious and beautifully prepared. Our sever was attentive and personable. I would definitely go back.

The food didnt blow my mind...just typical japanese food. Ramen was a little too salty. it took a long time before our rolls came out however they offered edemami for free. rolls had mind leaves in it, kinda weird but was ok...Nothing special..

This was a fantastic find that I'm so happy we stumbled across. We were lucky enough to get in on the lunch specials. Sushi/sashimi was very fresh and the cooked meats had wonderful flavor. Service was friendly and accommodating.

Perfectly acceptable (not a special occasion) Japanese / Sushi restaurant behind the Hyatt hotel. Good selection of specialty sushi rolls along with the normal fare. Fair pricing too.

We were looking for a place that was open a bit later and hit gold with odoriko. The sushi was well prepared and fresh. Buyer beware- this is Hawaii, so the sushi prices are somewhat steeper than the mainland.
