Left Detroit for a quick getaway. Cruising around Cincinnati, we'd already had great German food but always looking for Irish/Scot Pubs. This one really fit the bill. It specializes in Scotch! Decor was charming and the menu had a wonderful variety of meals, snacks and sandwiches. Plus great beers on tap and their bread was to die for...really! Wait staff... More

I really enjoyed stopping in here. Great small pub feel, but on a larger scale. Several really good beers from the U.K. and Ireland. Pretty good food, too. I had the pan seared salmon and highly recommend it.

Bar staff all wear kilts (and look terrific). They are attentive, service-oriented, kind and accommodating. This is a super spot!

Cool-looking place. Was very crowded, which is fine, but the seating was a bit awkward. Was very hard to hear while trying to talk over dinner. Wait staff was very friendly, food got to us within a reasonable time and was warm and good. I would probably have enjoyed it more on a week night when it's less busy. They... More

All types of American and Scottish foods and drink. We enjoyed the attire of the servers and were pleasantly surprised when a bag pipe player showed up and played for the restaurant. Very good eats!

My family and I had dinner here during our first visit to Cincinnati. We came in on a Sunday evening at around 7pm, and there were a few folks at the bar and seated at the tables. With all the apparently very good places to eat at in Cincinnati, this seemed like a good sign. Also, it was literally right... More

This is a great place for a pint. They have a number of different beers from Scotland to Ireland, to American Craft beers. They also had a number of different layered beers, Scottish and Irish Whiskeys. We didn't eat at Nicholson's but their Pub Fare did look extensive and everyone eating seemed quite pleased. We really enjoyed ourselves,or drink and... More

I had spied this pub earlier in the day while being a tourist and thought it would be a good place for dinner as had a variety of choices. Our waitress Ashley was great with a sense of humour and suggestions as we didn't know the local beers. We shared the calamari and the 3 piece fish and chips which... More

Fried pickles are no longer on the menu. The Sticky Toffee Pudding is still delicious. The portions of the fish in the 3 piece Fish & Chips, are much, much smaller. The small portion of the Wedge Salad is enough for two. The quality of the food is still fine, and delicious. Everything else mentioned in my previous review remain... More
