My husband and I visited La Maddalena in July of 2018 and somehow stumbled upon this gem
of a restaurant. It was exactly our speed and exactly what we hoped to find, while also far exceeding our expectations. We have remembered this night so fondly...ever since, and I have always beat myself up for not writing a review about how much we loved the food, owners, staff and overall experience.
I honestly don’t remember everything we ordered (it was over three years ago) except for the muscles pictured and that everything tasted so fresh and delicious and was made with care and passion.
We loved that it seemed we found a local favorite and were still welcomed with such respect and warmth and kindness (as American tourists).
We were given a glass of white wine at the start of our meal and after we had paid, the chef (who I believe was also the owner?) offered and took shots of grappa with us at the bar before we left.
The food and experience was the best and most authentic and delicious we had on our entire stay, and it was completely affordable. We wish the owner and chef and staff all the best!!
Like I said, we remember that night often and so fondly. Wish we could visit again soon.More

Little restaurant at 15 min (by foot) from the centre. It was a nice discovery. Menu is small but plates are made with fresh/ local ingredients. The waitress choose perfectly
The service was excellent ! We felt welcome :)
The waist of food is important...to them so the portions are perfectly proportioned.
We recommand at 100%More
Great restaurant, advised by our landlord and the internet, this place did not disappoint. The food was really good and tasty, just the right amount. They have a lot of sard specialties as well. The service was nice and friendly. And finally the price was...what we had for our whole trip (9€ small dish,15€ big one). Only one thing to consider, the place is small and can get quite noisy. But other than that I would definitely recommend!More
We went for dinner there last night, the two of us and our sleeping baby. The place is small but we managed to get a table without reservation. Service was very good and friendly. Nice wine to start was offered. My husband had a large...steak which was cooked perfectly and I had the octopus which was really nice. I will definitively recommend it.More
