We wanted to eat in Falmouth but the restaurants of interest to us were closed...no cruise ships, perhaps. We drove a couple of kilometres east and stopped at the tourist terminal for the Luminous Lagoon tours but it was depressing...lots of staff in an empty, expensive, table cloth restaurant. But next door we found the Rock Wharf Grill which was... More

Rock Wharf Grill is located in the old fishing village of Rock Trelawny just east of Falmouth. This spot offers excellent, freshly prepared local food, and an assortment of beverages including refreshing fresh natural coconut water all at affordable prices. The place sports a great vibe, wonderfully pleasant staff, and the food is truly excellent. It is an unpretentious establishment... More

THIS IS MY LOCAL DRINKING DEN. Hosted by Stratty & Bram, with Ken in the background. Good food(limited Menu) Chicken or Pork. Dominoes a plenty. Right on the waters edge of the luminous lagoon, with trips every evening. Nice little swimming pool to use at your leisure. The cotton tree is amazing and Karaoke on Friday is great.Plenty of Sport... More

A hidden gem...sit outside near the water and enjoy great food with the locals...the 300 year old cotton tree is amazing! Dominos in the background and red stripe, jerk chicken, simple yet satisfying.

We had such a good time here, it is situated on Glistening Waters and they take you out from here as well. I found it a better experience as they took their time and did not churn up the water like the other tour. We watched dominoes being played and had a nice meal. We love Pauline the bartender.

This trip we were looking for a restaurant on the North Coast for lunch on the ocean. JaJewel recommended we stop here. Excellent recommendation ..thanks! This little spot is right beside Glistening Waters (Luminous Lagoon). The food was EXCELLENT. The service was very good. We had chicken (basically sweet and sour) with rice and peas and coleslaw (even had dressing... More
