It was absolutely a great culinary experience you can’t miss. We tried amazingly tasty and fresh mix of raw crustaceans but you also have to try the tasting menu. Very very reasonably priced considering that you are eating top quality seafood. We have eaten in...other restaurants around the area but this one beats them all. Really appreciated the extra small dishes they brought out during the meal and the service was excellent. We recommend pairing the dinner with a delicious Arnais white wine. This restaurant is a jewel in the centre of Arona on the lakeside. The dishes are carefully prepared and cleverly the lunch menù offers a limited but excellent choice. The à la carte menù in the evening offers a wider choice. Fish seems to be...prevalent but there is also a choice of meat. The tris of fish and the luccioperca are really special. We are on holiday at Maggiore for 10 days with my wife and 2 kids , yesterday we had an exellent lunch at this restaurant , very good food , nice wine at a very correct price. The service was great too , for the...kids there where no special dishes at the menu map but they proposed a nice pasta pomodori for them, and the loved it ! What a stunning experience. Quality from start to finish. The dining room is beautifully furnished and there’s a calm, classy air about the whole place. After visiting lots of restaurants at Lago Maggiore we found this restaurant which is not (!) offering Pizza. Instead of this you can get a lot of fresh fish and other fine meals. You can sit outside or inside in a warm modern atmosphere. Fast...we recieved the menu and wine list. We ordered a mixed seafood starter with raw fish filets, prawns and oyster offered at a price of 20,00 €. The quality and preparation was perfect. Of course we received a basket with different sorts of high class bread and an amuse gueule from the kitchen. For main we ordered fresh fish (catch of the day) with some potatoes charged with 18,00 € per person. The bottle of white wine, Tartufo, 20,00 €, was fine. In general the service is fast and friendly. What could be done better? The choice of fine Italian wines could be more extensive. But you will find enough good wines in this restaurant which is located next to the lake. I can highly recomnend this restaurant. We ate here arriving without a booking. No problem. The food was good Italian fare nicely served. Wine and water etc were all available and the "landlady" spoke good English. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Good value for money.
