Not sure why the reviews on here rave about this place. The service was surly, the tables and tablecloths dirty, toilets didn't even have soap, the food was very basic, cheap fish. Wasn't actually that cheap considering it's supposed to be more of a 'local place' and people have sung it's praises for the price. We had two margaritas, one... More

Great tacos! Loved the pickled onions on them. My husband loved the ceviche :) I would recommend this for a nice lunch :)

We always have shrimp ceviche, fish tacos and guacamole. This trip we also tried lobster mojo de ajo style and the fried and stuffed fish fillet. Everything we ate was incredible, as usual!

They have the worst shrimp tacos I've ever eaten. They should be ashamed at how bad they were. Little shrimp cut up and way over breaded. The lobster was also very dry and over cooked. Positives are the great location by the sea and the very friendly staff.

Went there a few times because food was very good and cheap, place is very busy so you have to wait. It is local food and fruit smoothies are refreshing. It is easier for take out but you will end up missing sauce, limes and corn chips.

Went to Las Panchas upon the recommendation of a few folks staying at our hotel. Not sure why this place is rated so highly? The food is average at best and the service is far from satisfactory. We had the shrimp and fish tacos and they were both underwhelming. Store bought tortillas and heavily breaded fish and shrimp. Neither had... More

A little out of the way but very close to town. Behind Hotel Palapa and next to Hotel Amaite. Worth looking for. I had a fried seafood/fish mix that was amazing. Very inexpensive.
