My sister and I visited Guan Guan tonight and I can honestly say it's the best Chinese meal we have ever had. Fabulous satay, scrumptious sambal prawns and sizzling chicken. What a treat!

We ate here on the night we arrived after a long day travelling. The food was very good and the prices are excellent. Nice staff, cheerful and polite.

Three times there in 1 week with my fiancé and still thinking of coming back! The service is excellent, friendly and they just put a smile on your face. The food is good and not too expensive! Worth a visit :)

We ate at Guan Guan a few times, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. The owner gent is a very bubbly guy and quite entertaining. It's fairly basic place, popular with foreigners, and the food is very good and represents good value. They have seating either inside or on the outdoor patio and they have lots of fans to keep it... Nothing to rave about but very tasty food and good value - toilets a bit naff but this is Penang street food so what can you expect? We had 3 bottles of Tiger beer, special rice, lemon chicken - this was great, chicken cashew and mixed vegetables - cost 117 RM cheap as chips and very tasty! Many dishes have... More
