Large range of local stalls serving a wide variety of food so perfect for a group where everyone can get what they fancy! Low prices, usually very quick for food to come out and tasty. Highly recommend.

If you think this is the BEST hawker stall you've tried in the state, is this the only hawker stall you've tried in Penang? Come on! You don't judge the hawker stall as the best when it is actually the ONLY hawker in Batu Ferrengi....More

Ate regularly at Long Beach cafe during our recent holiday. The home made spring rolls, chicken satay and pancakes were particular favourites. Although it’s always busy, the service is quick and friendly.

The price is cheap and the food reflects this. There are some treats to be had here but most of it is very run of the mill and rather bland. There are far better food courts throughout Malaysia so don't expect too much.

Just the best place to eat in the evenings. Don't miss the curries from the Tandoori or try the excellent food at the Kebab Corner. The satay and spring rolls are a must. And don't forget that ice cold Tiger always served with a smile!...More

Long Beach is a collection of street stalls surrounding the sitting area. It is located outside and offers many cuisines including Malaysian. In the area there are not so many restaurants offering Malay food so I thought it appropiate to add this 'restaurant' to the listings, although most would probably not class it as a conventional one!
