We enjoyed a very good meal last night at Zula Restaurant, just down the road from our room at Playa Cielo. We had a nice and attentive waitress and my wife and I really enjoyed the Chicken falafel dish and pita schnitzel. The portions were also very generous, I felt guilty leaving a good part of my pita. Definitely stop... More

We ate here twice last week it was so good. Very consistent quality of food and service. The shakes are awesome. Very authentic Mediterranean fare. You can get just about anything in a pita here. Charming restaurant with a nice vibe. You are given plenty of food and I'm told the Hummas was fantastic. We will be back!

After experiencing the sad service of the Montezuma restaurants, this was splendid! Food was great and you got that little extra that makes a place get full score. Minus is the location next to a busy road. But on the other hand, it's then easy to park and get here.

We spent the night here with wonderful new friends we made in Nicaragua from Switzerland and the food was lovely. The portions were substantial and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Even though they ran out of beers we were fortunate enough to have the last one left of what we wanted. We also tried a desert we never had before... More

There is lots of spanish and italian food throughout Santa Teresa so if youre looking for a change of pace, you've found the right place. We ordered the jalapeño poppers, mojitos and chicken kabobs. Everything was cooked perfectly and their hummus was spectacular. Definitely check it out!

If you're interested in trying legit Israeli food, come here. I spent 5 months in Israel twice, and can say that this is the best Israeli—or Arab for that matter—food that I've had outside the Middle East. Almost everywhere we've gone in CR has had somewhat watered-down smoothies, but Zula you can tell is not skimping on the fruit. Hefty... More

Good food with several vegan or vegetarian options. Friendly staff. A tad on the expensive side for the size of the portions. I highly recommend the jalapeño poppers!
