Being mid-March, lunch time, on Thursday, I had the whole place to myself. I sat outside, at a table overlooking Piazza Buondelmonti. It was practically deserted—and I loved it. Curiously, it was a bright, sunny day, blue skies, cool but not cold. I ordered the tagliatelle al ragu di cinghiale (boar) and grilled, seasonal vegetables, plus half-a-liter of house red... More

I frequently travel to Impruneta and love to stay for dinner at the Loggettina every one or twice a week. The host is really friendly, the food is good. Though the atmosphere is more like something between bar, restaurant and sports bar, I always love to stay in a nice surrounding for some hours.

We've been there with small children and staff is really nice and helpful. The pizza is good, the two meat dishes we've had, were really tasty and rose our hopes about home made deserts, which were very dissapointing. They have good house chianti wine and they serve cooled local tap water in well designed bottles, which is cool, but then... More

They ask you if you're ready even if your plate is still full... brucheta antipasti was very bad... toast was burned and only the 2 little toasts with tomato was good. Way to expensive. Main course was ok

One of only two restaurants in the small town, it provided great service and a very delicious meal. The hosts were very attentive and the cook did a fantastic job! The prices are definitely in proportion with the meals received. It was nice and quiet where you could have an intimate conversation with some chianti. The best meal we tried... More

Service was fine and when asked for the bill it came in record time but the meal was nothing to get excited about. The bruschetta and capresse salad lacked flavor. Perhaps better quality tomatoe and more basil are in order. The pasta with porcini mushrooms tasted like they came out of a jar. The location is good right in the... More

Lovely location in the town centre. Very nice staff who were helpful and friendly and quick service. Also catered well for kids. Good meal and not overly expensive.

Are here as a family of seven and very impressed with the service provided. The staff catered well for the young children and were polite and courteous throughout. Food was well cooked and a good variety with reasonable prices. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

The pizza is very good here. Very thin crispy bases. However avoid the porcini mushroom risotto. They didn't even use risotto rice and the mushrooms were straight out of a jar so slimy and unpleasant to eat. The bruschetta was also very poor. Tiny pieces of thin toast with fridge cold, unseasoned chopped tomatoes.

The food, view of the square and service is fantastic. The staff is friendly and fun and love to interact and tell you about the town. The food is great especially their pizza!
