I always visit The Beachcomber when in Teignmouth. The lemon meringue pie must be seen to be believed. Huge jacket potato with luxurious prawn Marie Rose or large toasted tea cake, Beachcomber always provides a special holiday treat.

Been several times, good portions at reasonable prices for meals or snacks or just a coffee. Sea views and bracing walk to and from the place. The service and caring staff are a complement to the owners.

I must admit, I have not been into the Beachcomber for about 2 years. On return to Teignmouth, and having told them about the great atmosphere in the Beachcomber, we popped in today for afternoon tea with friends. The place was busy, always a good sign for a cafe or restaurant. Very helpful staff who made sure that we were... More

The family and I took the dog here today for breakfast. Managed to get a table just before it was busy. We all had the bumper breakfast which was huge! We all loved the food and service was quick. Definitely will be back again. Good start to the day before taking the dog for a walk on the beach. Very... More

Often pop in here when taking the dog for a walk. They serve a great breakfast with nice coffee and a fabulous selection of cakes :)

Came here for Breakfast with the family. We had the cooked breakfast, which was very nice and very filling, daughter had Pancakes with Strawberries. Service was nice. Always a popular place so can be a bit hit and miss to get a table. Well worth a visit.

We visited twice in 3 days, after finding out they allow dogs in. Went for a quick coffee the first time and liked it so much we went back for lunch. I had to drag myself away from the large cake selection (there's always next week!).

This is a lovely cafe with the best view's. It is a lovely place to relax after a long walk along the sea front on a winters day and enjoy the most delicious hot chocolate with all the trimmings. There is a wide selection of cakes and food to suit everyones tastes. Totally recommend a visit.
