It is some time since I went to this very attractive riverside pub. On this occasion we decided to have normal pub food fish and chips and calves liver. Both were very good and the Chilean Sauvignon went Down wellThe. Banana Parf ain't was excellent

We've been frequenting The Stag on occasion for a number of years now and it's always been a we'll run and welcoming pub. The food is consistently good, service excellent and it's in a lovely position by the river for the summer.
