The pub itself is nice, the food is expansive and does not represent the quality for cost. Service was poor, waitress unable to tell you what food she was servering. Lamb, pork and roast beef look the same.

A gorgeous, open, log fire! Delicious steak and ale pie with kale and chips not to mention a fabulous atmosphere. We found this place by pure chance and we were surprised by the delightful grounds with a beautiful river running alongside.
