We were apprehensive about what our visit might be like when we pulled into the badly potholed car park with overflowing bins. The location has beautiful views and the tour of the vineyard was really good. The tour guide was excellent and was well informed...More

We visited Holmfirth Vineyard, Restaurant and Apartments on 5 September 2017. We had a tour of the vineyard, a talk on winemaking and three tastings of the local wine produced here. The wine was excellent and good quality. Following the tasting we were provided with...More

A very enjoyable afternoon finding out how wine is made and then sampling three of the wines produced at the vineyard. We then stayed for a delicious afternoon tea in the restaurant and enjoyed the breathtaking views. Highly recommended

I have visited this venue many times.Stunning views over Yorkshire country side. Beautifully appointed restaurant and lovely, attractive tables .The food was hot and nicely served in plentiful portions. However, my salmon en croute needed longer cooking as the pastry was raw. Shame as other...More

Very good talk, tour and tasting at this lovely little vineyard, we stayed for afternoon tea which was generous with its tea and cake. Views from the restaurant were stunning and all the staff were engaging and attentive.

If you like wine and are interested in how it's made, I would recommend a visit. It helps if the weather is good as I suppose it could be a little muddy otherwise. An interesting tour was given by Ashley the general manager. Afterwards we...More

Hello, I wouldn't think so. Don't know for sure but the main outdoor space is grapevine plantings, then there's the restaurant and wine making area. Guide dogs perhaps. Couldn't hurt to ring and ask.

Not exactly on its doorstep but you could go into Holmfirth and try Brambles or The Old Bridge. Or a little further afield Jacobs Well tavern is a welcoming and cosy pub in Honley (on the Holmfirth road.
