Looking for good pasta at an informal but cozy environment, this is the place to go. Close to the beach, small place but your feel comfortable. Excellent service from very friendly people. It may get a little too loud when a big crowd is present. Otherwise it is one of my favorites places to go for pasta.

My husband and I had the most amazing dinner in this shack across from the beach in Luquillo. The server was kind and knowledgable. And the food was so surprisingly good given the fact that you are sitting in an open air wooden structure with LOTS of knickknacks on the walls. EAT HERE!

Will not go to Luquillo without eating here!!!!!! The food is wonderful, Freddie the owner provides you with delicious seafood, beef, pasta, rice all made fresh when ordered. The appetizers are great, the entrées are wonderful. Coming back in one month and can't wait! Don't judge a book by it's cover, relax and open your mind to a new experience.... More

If you go to Luquillo and don't eat at Pasta y Pueblo you are making a huge mistake. In our week visit we went twice and everything we had was amazing.

This place is fabulous. I had grilled salmon over penne pesto and I needed extra bread just to mop up the sauce. The mussels in garlic were outstanding. Nice relaxed atmosphere, close to beach and the service was perfect. Try the acerola juice. Yum!

It's like walking into someone's backyard: Enter through a gate in a field, cross the grass and herb garden, and take a seat in a small open-air restaurant for some of the best food in the area. The pasta is simply delicious (not al dente enough for me, but the sauce more than made up for it). I had tuna... More

We went to Pasta y Pueblo for dinner and it was definitely worth it. While it was very hard to find (it took us two days) the extra time to find it paid off. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was delicious! The chef sent out two appetizers that were very good and the owner himself came... More

After 9 trips in PR we finally made it here, so glad we did, it was yummy. This place has excellent service and amazing food. We had the grouper over coconut rice, cooked to perfection. Also had scallops over risotto and scallops over pasta with the carbonara sauce. Wow, wow, wow. The dos not have their license to serve alcohol... More

Yet unsure of the quality of the restaurant when arriving at the restaurant's location, once inside you can notice a laid back, surfer type atmosphere. Waiter knew his stuff, detailing dishes with passion. Food was fresh & everyone enjoyed it. BYOB/BYOW as they did not have an alcohol permit when we were there.

Out of over two weeks of dining in Puerto Rico, the one place I wish I could have went again was Pasta y Pueblo! Seriously, AMAZING food. The service was also incredible. It was like a 5-star restaurant in a tiny outdoor hut in a backyard. Our fish and pasta were cooked perfectly, and the coconut rice was THE BEST.... More
