My wife and I loved every minute of our stay at The Danna and it was the most incredible place to celebrate our honeymoon together. From the minute we arrived, our senses were indulged with a welcome neck and shoulder massage, signature drink and cool...scented towel to wipe away the merest memory of our flight. From there, things just got better and better with top class service from each and every member of the staff from start to finish. We enjoyed the many dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food at each venue was delicious with many authentic Malaysian dishes to try. We indulged in as many of them as we could while we were here and, upon returning to our accommodation, found snacks and treats to indulge ourselves more. After dining each evening, we retired to The Verandah for cocktails and to listen to the superb house band who played hit after hit to entertain all of the guests along with ourselves. The bar staff were fantastic and kept us all well watered! We stayed in The Princess Villa, a stunning near 500 square metre house with private pool, areas for sun bathing or sitting in the shade, access to a private part of the beach and a huge and luxurious indoor space with a beautiful bedroom, elegant bathroom and gorgeous living room all complete with all the mod cons. We could not have had a better time nor have we had a better hotel experience anywhere in the world. The Danna exceeded expectations and we will most certainly be back again. Simply wonderful.More

We stayed at the Danna for several nights and of course visited also the bar. A very beautiful place with a wide variety of drinks and wines. Staff kind and excellent as everywhere at the propery and an outstanding live-music. Fair prices! However, the quality...of the drinks was rather low (we had Margarita and Whiskey Sour).More

We stayed at The Danna for 3 days and went to the bar twice to enjoy happy hour between 5pm and 7pm. Most of the drinks on the menu were half price and indicated by a little smiley face on the menu. Staff were great,...drinks were great, live music was great. Highly recommended!More

So amazing with their gin collection so huge amounts and the staff infromed that this the largest collection in Langkawi by around 130 types of gin and from worldwide collection. For sure the staff are excellent and smarter to remember. The most relaxing place with...music playing by two piece band. our drink was really excellent and thanks to Wati and the manager with green uniform treat us to taste and review the new creation of cocktail the name mention 'breeze' couldn't remember by the way that is so incredible she layering well the cocktail and for she sure can go more far, thanks also to Nicolas for your kind service, his always put smile on face. Most of the time since first day arrived we fall in love to the lounge, we enjoy seat on bar counter and we could saw on bartender. Only few faultless found,the taller girl with likes Indian she bit resist And treating the customer with insincerity, she made a face behind, the rest is fine and excellent. We celebrated our Wedding Anniversary at The Verandah. Fabulous place for the occasion. Service was impeccable. Surroundings are oppulent but relaxing. The highlight of food would be the Chaeteubriand. This is a sharing plate, more than enough for 2 people. Would highly recommend this place.More

Staying at the Danna we really enjoyed our afternoon drinks at the Verandah. They have a good collection of drinks but the most impressive is their gin collection, they have over 78 types of gin so is easy for you to get lost. Thanks God...they do have amazing people working there willing to help you to choose the gin , the garnish and even the tonic water. But the most helpful of all was Sam, such a lovely person, always with a smile on her face, and with amazing knowledges about all types of gin, all the garnish you can try depending on your taste and very attentive to your taste in drinks just to be ready next day to suggest you something else. She made me love the gin more then I even imagine and even teach me a lot of things to can enjoy this drink in my own house. Thank you Sam for the amazing job you do and for being so attentive and congratulations to Danna management to taking so good care in choosing their staff.More
