One of the better places to eat in De Haan. Small restaurant with open kitchen and nicely decorated. Service was very good and quality of the food and dishes excellent. We certainly recommend this restaurant, but advice to make a reservation during the high season.

Excellent in food and service combined with direct kitchen feeling. In particular the two tables towards the kitchen provides that special experience. A perfect but pretty small restaurant with tailor-made dishes.

We ate in four different restaurants in de Haan, and this was by far the best and most memorable. As far as I could see, the whole operation was run by two incredibly hard-working men - one chef and one waiter - so be prepared to wait between courses, this is not fast food. But the food is sensational -... More

You'll never imagine there's a place you cannot miss, here , a little far away from airports(if you are a world traveller, not living nearby) but it's a place you won't regret to have done all these kilometers. Personally, compared to Michelin 3 stars' restaurant I've tasted , I find this restaurant as good as some of them. Too bad for... More

We return to this cozy house every year since 10 years at least and we have never been disappointed. You need time as the service is on the slow side but the food is superb, and you must not expect a menu to choose from à la carte; you only get a choice of two dishes for each course. But... More

This is a small traditional restaurant in De Haan which has a special ambiance. The kitchen is in full view, allowing you to see how hard the chef and assistant are working to produce the meal. The meals are a set menu, with a choice of fish or meat for starter and main. There was also an extra (substantial) appetiser... More

An excellent meal with a choice depending on the season. The chef is preparing the meal in an open kitchen and his wife was serving us.
