We had lunch here one day with a few friends and it was really really lovely. I would not hesitate in going back and can heartily recommend it. The Armagnac was amazing....

We arrived for our stay at this hotel and longingly looked at the lovely patio thinking how great it would be to be able to have lunch there and just sit and relax however lunch had just past . When we inquired about places to eat nearby they graciously offered to seat us on the patio and serve us lunch... More

Going there on a regular basis almost each year, this restaurant has improved in terms of service & quality of dishes over the past 2years. It has become the Best in Audierne in our view for now. Of course there is some meat dish, but in Audierne one must try seafood. The line-caught sea-bass, or local lobster being a great... More

We were staying in the hotel and had booked half-board and were really looking forward to enjoy the advertised fine dining. What a let down? Only three tables were occupied yet we were told where to sit and a request to sit at a different table was refused. We were handed a set menu and told that we could like... More

When it's our wedding anniversary, we always try to go to a special place. Le Goyen has been, for years, one of the best restaurants in this part of Brittany. Our lunch, admittedly on the pricey side at 45 euros, was delicious. And the service was just right: information on what was on our plates, but no intrusiveness. When we... More

Beautiful lunch with impeccable service. A bit more upscale than usual for our family holiday but our waiter was warm and friendly with perfect English and our young son thoroughly enjoyed his 'fancy' lunch. Everything was delicious and made a nice break from all the crepes and pizzas. Very reasonable three course menu at €25. Stunning dining room with views.

Thank you very much for such a positive post, our waiter is smug by your comment. We are glad that you have enjoyed your "alternative" Breton meal and that your son liked his food too! We must say that we try our best to please our english-speaking customers with our bow-windows!! We hope to have you again should you come... More

Situated on the harbor in Audierne, this hotel has no private parking. The rooms are clean, but sparse. We were upgraded to a duplex which did not add any value. The upstairs was a sitting area but no better than the downstairs area. The restaurant was unwelcoming and would not accommodate reasonable requests for seating. Even though the people who... More

Madam, Mister, We take note of your comments and we can only regret your judgments. You have well booked a duplex room through Châteaux & Hôtels Collection and we were not upgraded. On your table at the restaurant, causing your dissatisfaction, we bring to your attention that our clients are placed with the greatest attention, taking into account the date... More

Had the mid priced menu, which was great. Starter was crab meat in a sauce with a herbal sorbet on top. A very high quality plate. Main course was John Dory which was very well cooked and presented. For dessert I had the grilled pineapple dish which was a good end to an excellent meal. If in Audierne, eat here.... More

Our first of two nights staying on a boat moored in Audierne port, Le Goyen is just a few minutes walk from the port. We were seated in the bay window of the conservatory styled restaurant, overlooking the water. We had a three course menu at 45€ but started with the house aperitif of vodka, caramel and apple. Nice but... More

It is impossible to miss this restaurant if you spend a few days near Audierne: it overlooks the port and can be seen from the bridge at the entrance of the city.
