Ate at the Old Ferry Inn Enjoyed the food, the ambiance and the scenery - sat outside in the sun watching the canoeists row by. Fab

Prebooked table last evening. The meal was good quality and generous. Service was friendly. Quality local ales. We left satisfied with our pub meal. Only one issue we have is the amount of flies buzzing around. Appropriate control would make the difference. We would return.😁

We had a reasonable lunch here, the staff were very good but the whole place looks a bit run down which is a shame considering it's location

We booked stand up paddle boarding for 8 adults in advance. A very relaxed setting allowing us all to grab a bite to eat before we set off (pub is very popular and very busy but the wait time wasn't too long for all our food and was very good). Paddle boarding was unbelievable value for money. 3 hours on... More

Today we visited this pub after a walk along the river, planning to stop here for a drink and a light bite (with 2 under 2's) before heading home. However when we went to the bar to get menus, we were told it was an hours wait (we believe to try and deter us) we were happy to wait, and... More

I visited the Ferrie on Easter Saturday with my wife, her sister and brother in law. What a fabulous time we had. The others had booked a mornings paddle boarding and we arrived at 10am to be greeted by Jamie the landlord and Holly the instructor. After changing into their wet suits they were soon receiving instructions from Holly and... More

This place was excellent. Rather than turning us away due to no tables being available the manager was able to accommodate our party of 9, despite a booking soon to be arriving. We were served great food and were able to vacate the table by the time the next booking party arrived. Great service and great food.

Just got back from a wonderful weekend at Ye Old Ferrie Inn. The food, especially the steak, was delicious and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The view from the patio is just the icing on the cake.

Visited for dinner on a Monday evening at the start of the Easter holidays, while staying in Symonds Yat (West). The Saracen's Head hand pull ferry wasn't running across to the east side and we wanted to be able to have a few beers and not have to drive! First impression was that Ye Old Ferrie Inn is a little... More
