Great lamb burger, wide selection of ales, reasonable value, good service, happy to accommodate a large group, ideal for a stop after kayaking down the river

Booked a table here for a meal with friends. We all had steaks which were cooked to perfection. Loved the wild mushroom and cherry tomato salad, as well as the delicious chips. Excellent service. Good choice of wines and loved the Gin list. Thoroughly enjoyed the evening and will come again.

Dissapointed with the food here. Nice pub but food needs to improve to be on a par with Saracens Head.

Called in to meet friends canoeing in the river, delightful Pub in a brilliant location and some great Beers on offer however the bar staff were indifferent and only just did the job. The food looked good and hearty but on this occasion we were only there for the beers. I will be back however its the sort of Pub... More

If there hadn't been a party in on the 'paved' area of the pub we could have brought our large beast in. We actually ended up here by accident. We had intended going to one across the river but they were so disinterested in seating 4 for dinner we drove around to the other side. Glad we did. Food excellent,... More

Spent a very relaxing couple of hours enjoying our lunch here yesterday. The food platters were 100% delicious and very generous, loaded with local ham and cheeses. Def recommended !

The food was fine. the bar closed at 10.15 despite having at least a dozen drinkers. The manager was unhappy to explain that a meal wasn't suitable for coeliacs because it was pre-prepared. Poor attitude.

Popped in with friends to grab some lunch after a morning canoeing on the Wye. Had YOFI's burger which was pretty awesome! Everyone had a good lunch, which was served in a timely manner with attentive staff. Sat outside, riverside with great views. Lovely pub - would defiantly visit again.

Enjoyed a great bar meal here with the family. Great staff, they made us really welcome and the food was great quality and lovely and hot. We'd come back.
