We found this crêperie on Trip advisor even though staying in Cassis and ist was worth driving there. We had a delightful bio cidre and extraordinary galettes and crêpes! The service was calm and very fast. As it was mistral we were happy to sit...inside. Highly recommended to go there!More

Wandering the streets of Aubagne we stumbled onto the secluded 'Place Joseph Rau'. The atmospheric square, overshaded by beautiful trees, the relaxing exterior with its zen-touch, and the inviting glow of the small restaurant through the bamboo bushes, led us to take place at the...'Crêperie l'Albizia'. Our french is barely rudimentary, but the waiter took his time. He explained everything to us as good as possible and when we reached the boarders of our french he could fill out the gaps with fluent English effortlessly. We could pick drinks (with and without alcohol) from a selected choice of local beverages. The menu included galettes (crêpes made from buckwheat) in vegetarian, vegan, and meat versions, as well as several salads. We waited just about eight minutes for our order and the food was delicious! All in all a most pleasant evening, with great food and drinks, a beautiful and relaxing ambient, and a welcoming and helpful service. Thank youMore

With out any doubt, try all those pancakes the charming couple can offer! We took 7 different references ex.chocolat, hazelnuts or butter salted, all super good! The chef perishes the flour used from Mid Bretagne (North East France). A very traditional source. Good luckAlbizia/ Bye...Bye the Aussie RobbMore

Tucked away in a quaint neighborhood square, you will find a wonderful dining experience. Delicious crepes and a warm welcome made our lunch very special. Try the super bargain lunch Merlin menu; shockingly good and affordable! The Albizia was recommended to us by locals. Check...it out!More

Someone needs to get their information straight. TripAdvisor said they were open last Friday night. Because of TA advice arrived 26 minutes early. Spoke with someone in the restaurant who said that they were not open on Friday nights. Showed him the error on TA....He agreed. Yes, that was an error. Friendly people. Worked out ok, we found La Bolee Bretonne which was great. By the way, don't even think about driving to this place. Crazy narrow streets and no parking. Use Beaumont park garage for both.More

Ed and Oli were both very friendly and wonderfully welcoming. The food came very quickly and the service was excellent. Surprising combinations of food on the menu and they were all very delicious! Also the food was beautifully presented and so was the whole restaurant!...Lovely setting in a small square! Would definitely visit again - one of our favourite restaurants here!More
