Both had the mixed grill. Is what it is. Cheap eats. Probably not somewhere we would go regularly but as we were passing we popped in for lunch. Menu theme seems to have changed a bit since the last time I visited (many moons ago).

Visited the Sands several times now. The staff are friendly, the food is excellent. Loving the half portions across the menu. Nice taste of Scotland, looking forward to going back soon. Oh and as a bonus they do draught Irn Bru
Had the haggis starter, the waitresses were very considerate, brought out my kids meals with my starter. Had the lasagne for mains which was really good too. Overall, the service and food made our evening - we will be back soon.
