We had dinner here while staying at the Ibis hotel on our way to southern France. Restaurant looks nice, enough choice of food and reasonable pricing. The only minor was lack of staff. With the restaurant only half full, staff (three, including the manager) was running to help the customers in time which did not help to create a relaxed... More

Group of 8 including two children visited approx 8pm. Restaurant was reasonably busy, but had to wait about 45 minutes to get our drinks order taken. Drinks then took another 30 mins to arrive, with waiter claiming the barrel had to be changed on the beer (an excuse he used later in the meal as well...) When food arrived, one... More

Delicious Auvergne food using local ingredients served by friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant is quite large but is divided into different areas which keeps the noise level down and makes it feel more intimate. The food was rich and filling with a good selection to cater for most tastes and wallets, and the local wine by the carafe complemented... More

This was a stopping point on route to our final destination. The hotel clerk preferred this over the other restruant near the Ibis. There must have been more people than expected as service was slow and some of the food we wanted was unavailable. Querky interior. Reasionable food.

You wouldn't think it is a chain restaurant, it looks quite unique and original. Also the menu is packed with local expressions of dishes I hardly ever heard before like Pounti, Truffade, etc. The theme of the restaurant is the mountainous region of Auvergne with its typical dishes, plus their versions of pizzas and hamburgers. They are excellently prepared, come... More

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday night whilst we were staying at the Ibis next door. The restaurant was busy and appeared to be popular with locals. Staff were welcoming and keen to recommend dishes to us. We felt a bit rushed. The food was adequate but not as well presented as we have been used to in France.

Decided to give this a try after we saw how many cars were outside the previous night. Waiter was very polite and spoke good English. They were very promt with ordering and the food came equally as fast. The special steak we had was very good, the desert was also very nice. We are seriously going back tomorrow night for... More
