Absolutelly great relation between the price and the quality of the food/dishes. The restaurant is built inside a cave but it is totally clean and organized on the inside. All dishes were very good!

Came here on a Sunday evening on the recommendation of our B&B host. It is built partly into a cave which really adds to the ambience and experience. It was full of locals which was a very good sign. The menu is French and the food was delicious, each dish was a super balance of flavours-a lot of thought had... More

We were looking for anywhere to eat, at 7:30pm on a Monday evening, this was the only place we could find, and we had been looking for an hour or more, so on a positive note, it was actually open. Unlike other reviewers we found the menu VERY fixed. My son orderd chicken and potato, and got sweet potato and... More

We had a lovely evening and our 10 year old son was well catered for (off menu requests were met without fuss). Between us we had lamb, filet mignon and fish casserole as well as a range of starters and desserts. Our attempts at French were met with French attempts at English and we had a great time with much... More

It was perfectly cooked and very tender. My wife had the Zander fish with vegetables which very good. For dessert I had a tartan peach and my wife a couronne chocolate , both were... More

The service was very efficient and fine dining in style. Each of the dishes were presented beautifully. The two of us shared an entree, each had a main and we then shared a dessert. All were lovely with the lamb shank and millefeulle.the highlights. We went on a rainy Monday for lunch and the restaurant was half full with a... More

Stopped here for lunch after driving from Normandy. 4 glasses of wine, 1 appetizer, 2 mains, and 1 dessert amounted to 75 EUR. The appetizer of rabbit (taken off the bone and minced) with braised onions was excellent, and my husband loved his pork main. My duck came in a somewhat too-sweet gravy; call the food a 3+ overall, and... More

Had dinner on a Monday night with family. Not very full, atmosphere was 'lite', service was professional and attentive, food was interesting (starters and cheese courses) but nothing to write home about. Dessert was good, French toast, reduced apple, and ice cream - yum! Cave dining was interesting and clean design/setting. Overall, a nice dining experience, a la foodie-esque experience.

The food was nicely presented, unusual vegetables with the main dishes. We had 4 courses, starter, snails, & rabbit Mains, Perch & Guinnea Fowl, , cheese, and deserts. I found the food very tasty, my husband was slightly disappointed. I wouldn't say this place was High end, but better than most places. The service we received was very good, attentive,... More

This intimate and unique restaurant is housed inside the famed limestone along the banks of the Loire. There isn't much to eat in this area but I loved the food. Despite us being French Speakers the service was rude which is a shame because we are just trying. The food was comfy and delicious. I'd give it a 3.5 but... More
