Authentic cuisine, old and young left pleased. Located close to our holiday let. Final bill including numerous local beverages was most reasonable.

We were recommended this by our B&B as many places were closed for the holidays, it was a wonderful experience. It is filled with only locals. If you are here to get different wines with different courses you are in the wrong restaurant, it's a local place and they will treat you as a local, it's sort of a mama's... More

A disastrous dinner and what makes it worse is being in such rich land with plentiful of fresh produce. First 4 wines we chose form there wine list they did not have.. Our tartar was actually minced and was served fridge cold with a bit of minced truffle looked nothing more than a patty, Inedible. Main course; my pasta was... More

Decent Tuscany food but the time we had to wait to taste at least the first course was really too much. Furthermore the quantity was ridiculously poor compared with the final salty bill.

I have eaten here for the past 15 years and I always return for good food, wine and fellowship. Prices are very modest but the quality is always high. You cannot go wrong here for lunch or dinner.

Great pre-wine tasting (Felsina just 3 minutes away) lunch. This is a combination convenience store , deli, bar, takeway and has a few tables outside and inside. We were the only tourists. Everyone else was local and most appeared to be on lunch break from work. The menu does not have strict English translations but the waiter was very helpful.... More

You could easily be fooled, walking into the Taverna which in the front is a small bar and smoke shop. Do not let this turn you off. We went for dinner based on a local recommendation and what a treat. From the great service to the fresh and delicious food, to the very reasonable prices, the 6 of us were... More

Top cuisine, and always welcome for great food for a good price. The best is that the family is cooking and serving. The best family restaurant!

I have been coming here since 2001 and it has been a perennial favorite of my friends and family. Great Tuscan specialties in all categories. A warm and friendly place.
