Why is this place 61st in the list of restaurants in Playa Blanca? I've been coming for 30 years and this place is my No 1. It appears to be run by one or two people in the kitchen and one or two waiting tables, but the service and the food are second to none, and the “head honcho” is... More

We have eaten here on previous visits to lanzorate and went again last night. We had squid and garlic prawns for starters followed by goat chops and lamb. All our dishes were of excellent quality together with a nice bottle of lanzorate red wine which was also good. Its quite a small restaurant, very rustic spanish with friendly and helpful... More

This restaurant has a wonderful selection of different meats.....goat, lamb, suckling pig, to name but a few. Cooked beautifully & can be thoroughly recommended if you are not vegetarian. Friendly atmosphere & good service.

Owned by same people as Cervantes. Same excellent food but restaurant has more of traditional rustic feel. Not very big and is always busy. Tables are somewhat close together but not a problem. Gets very busy so best to make a reservation but they always try to fit you in.

Ate here last some 8 year ago, as good as I recall but even better with no smoking! The rabbit was spot on.

After recently going to this restaurant with 3 friends I feel I have to review this place. We were told my other friends how good the place was, however our experience was very very different. We were a group of 4 middle-aged British women. We all ordered a fillet steak (costing euros 16.50) each. When our meal arrived, my three... More

A fairly small restaurant with a good menu, good food and good service. Here, as in many restaurants hereabouts, an attempt to speak Spanish - whether good or bad - really does make for a happy atmosphere.

This restaurant could be the the family front room. Clean and tidy but certainly not "fancy". But if it is good food (and good value) you are after, this is the place. The meat (and fish) a really first class, and of course the local wines are are so "clean" tasting, it makes dining here a real pleasure. Our friends... More

We had an amazing evening here, the restaurant was typical old style Spanish and well presented . The waiter was fantastic, nothing to much trouble. My wife and I had the goats cheese and caramelised onion starter which was the best we've had, my son devoured the prawns in garlic!! He then had a sirloin steak which was cooked perfect for... Great food and good service. We have eaten goat cheese with caramelized onion (it's must try) as a starter and roasted lamb (speciality of the house)as main course. Words are less to express how much we have enjoyed the food. Caution:, some people may find it slightly overpriced by it worth the money. We have paid 52€ for two persons.
