these folks are great, it was nice to have breakfast there and it was not very expensive. Tico owned and operated not gringo pricing.

Local tico breakfasts, fresh juices and good coffee. Very affordable and centrally located. Open 7-3 for breakfast and lunch.

You can go to Rosi's to get eggs and rice and beans and other dishes if you like, but if you order the banana pancakes, you will be blown away. The coffee is so-so but that's okay because the pancakes make up for it. My sister's vegetarian omelet was delicious if you care to order that--full of delicious veggies and... More

Wonderful food with huge portions. The Chicken tacos were great as well as the steak casada! Great value! Loved the tea ...

Title says it all! Best Casado at a very reasonable price. Go there if you're in the area. From my experience, it will not disappoint!

Good service, Costa Rica outside atmosphere and a very satisfying breakfast. Make sure you realize there may be cats and dogs wandering in. You get used to it. And most restaurants in Costa Rica make instant coffee. I don't drink it but no complaints from my husband.

Good "comfort" food, nice spot, covered outdoors. With family there for breakfast, recommend the omelette. Seats about 10 four-tops. Server was very friendly.

This is a great local place that now has a sister restaurant near the Gilded Iguana. Really good food, reasonable prices, but leave time - everything is home cooked! We ate there several times on our last trip and loved both places.

Small family run Soda with excellent, fresh, delicious food for a budget. Something rare in Costa Rica. Make sure to drop by here if you get the chance, if there is a line, stand and wait cause its worth it. Really good food for a great price!
