We tried the fish of the day and beef "à la Japanese". Both were excellent and we recommend visiting this place during your stay!

We had wonderful 3 course set menu here. The service and cuisine were outstanding by any international standards. No English spoken, Reservation necessary.

We had dinner several times at the Hibiscus over the last few years: we always found the dishes fresh, original and tasty. The strength of this restaurant is that the Lady Chef is also the owner, which means that the good level of the cuisine remains consistent over time. We always enjoyed it

This restaurant is a great place to enjoy some local produces, perfectly cooked and well presented. Their set menu (reasonably priced) is really good and just enough to fill you up without filling that you have eaten too much. The food is not typical creole but a mix between french and island influenced food and the people owning the place... More

If youre staying in the south of the island, you won't wish to miss out on this one. Its not easy to get there, but once you find it is worth it. State of the art service and food.

Fleeing from our hotel restaurant we were really happy and surprised to find such a nice restaurant up the hill. Both food and service were very good and we can definitely recommend the restaurant. We tried the menu Hibiscus (many of the posted pictures seems to show it) and enjoyed our fresh and nicely arranged courses a lot. The menu... More

Amazing food, the tuna tartare with ginger and lemon was delicious. Also, the kids' menu include fresh fish and a home made puree (nothing fried, frozen and no ketchup!). The service is excellent. It is a small restaurant with not more than 10 tables. Reservation is a must.

Quite outstanding and elegant place with food to match. YES it is the best in around St. Luce area. You have to book in advance.
