Nice fresh savory scone and flat white coffee which was just what I needed after coming through with the early convoy from Kaikoura. Pleasent surroundings inside with a seat in the sun and reading the morning paper.

Fire was on and roaring for our 8 AM chilly cheviot morning visit , going thru to Christchurch. Loverly warm welcome from the Lady at the counter , great cofee in front of the fire and that Lamb and rosemary sausage roll , just awesome
