We go nearly once a week when open in winter, and love it!! Food is great and for two people its is the cheapest place in town other than fish and chips. Get the dumplings, you wouldnt even know they are meat free yum.

It's a must if you visit Methven. Absolutely loved it. Small, cosy and very friendly place serving excellent authentic Japanese food with real Japanese touch.

Typical Izakaya fare - edamame, karaage, takoyaki.....and SAKE! We enjoyed a drink and some good food after our last day of skiing Mt Hutt. Friendly service and it really does have that real Japan feeling to it.
