Visited again after a 2 year absence and while the tarts are still good, they don't seem to be made on premises anymore. The display was empty and so I thought they had run out, but then the attendant said - no they were still...More
We stopped in on our way through..the snacks and coffee were perfect and the wooden bears outside kept the toddler busy for 15 minutes lol
Stopped in and ate 4 tarts between 4 of us. We ran around the property and went back in for 4 more! They were that good!
Firstly. The tarts are delicious. There a number of great flavours to choose from. The crust are unusually flaky, which is not my preference, but this does not detract from the overall flavour. These are really pricey. $2.25 Each or $12 for a half dozen....More
Multiple varieties of butter tarts. We still like the plain & raisin ones best! Though the cranberry & chocolate chip are a close third and fourth. We've tried the coconut, coffee, chocolate chip, raspberry, blueberry, pecan, and cranberry. The blueberry & raspberry tarts tasted more...More
Nice variety of butter tarts and all homemade. They are very sweet so I would recommend the fruit ones. The parking lot is small as well as the inside of the store. The only place to sit and eat the tarts on site is on...More
Very yummy butter tarts in traditional and not-so-traditional flavours (try the cranberry!). Service was very friendly as well and the lattes we ordered as well were perfect. What a great place to stop if you are travelling in this area.
We had no experience with butter tarts but went here for tea. The beverages are all take-away and there is no place to sit inside. The owner says she just likes to cook butter-tarts. We did buy some butter tarts which I'm not really qualified...More
Incredible buttertarts. We tried the plain, raisin and pecan. All rated 10 out of 10. Pastry and filling both excellent.
