This restaurant really does tick all the boxes. Decor, ambiance, welcome and service but most of all the delightful food, which totally deserves it's Michelin star. The courses (including petit fours and then an amuse bouche before your starter) were well balanced, interesting, attractively presented plates of gourmet brilliance. Attention to detail quite superb and portion size pretty reasonable (no... More

The restaurant continues to serve exceedingly savourous food beautifully presented and served with style. The extra touches with the amuse buoche and macaroons served with coffee make the meal extra special. Service is always efficient and friendly

This restaurant has been rightly recognised with a Michelin star. The quality/price factor is excellent. The food was delicious, particularly, to my mind (altho my dining companions had other favourites) the tasty amuse-bouche of a cold soup with a mousse - a wonderful parade of sweet and savoury. But all courses had elements you could linger over. We entrusted the... More

Had dinner here with friends who are frequent visitors! They have a set menu with a number of course options. We went for 3 courses (starter, main, cheese or desert) for 39 Euros, but all options come with delicious home-made petits fours, followed by an amuse bouche before your starter, and home-made chocolates if you have coffee to finish. Small... More

We have been here twice now and really like the place with it's cosy quiet ambiance. The Chef is Michelin starred and produces some fine flavours. Lovely staff too.

Had lunch at this fantastic little restaurant and what a treat it was. The food and service were outstanding and very reasonable for the quality.

Just back from a lovely evening at this restaurant, food was very good and the two waitresses were excellent. Both spoke English and were able to introduce our food and the amazing cheeseboard. The highlights were the 'extras', the nibbles at the beginning, the velouté and then the selection of little deserts at the end. Despite not looking that great... More

“Design a better mousetrap and the world will beat a path to your door” ......... On an unattractive site on a featureless edge of town road is a nothing building on the fringes of Mayenne; but the population has discovered that the food is outstanding. Inside, it is chic and comfortable, highly professional and packed. We enjoyed a memorable and... More

My daughter and I visited this restaurant in Mayenne whilst I was holidaying with her. The restaurant was fairly small, very elegant and immaculate. It is, I believe, Michelin rated. The menu was varied and the prices extremely reasonable. We did not have wine, because we were driving, but plenty of other non-alcoholic drinks were available. The food was really... More
