A great place for breakfast or lunch; excellent local home cooked food, great service and easy going atmosphere.

The food is always great. Everything is homemade. The inside needs a bit of updating though. Love the fact that you can also buy pre made meals from their freezer.

This place is a local gem and highly underrated by the tourists that come through Lake Country. My number one breakfast spot in town!

Breakfast is pretty good here for a casual truck stop breakfast feel. The atmosphere inside is nothing special, in fact it's quite drab. I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again but in a pinch and if I wanted something quick without a big wait I'd pop in. I had the eggs Benny, wasn't impressed, sauce was... More

Thank you for your honest review, we appreciate all that we get. We don't claim to be fancy or try to keep up with the high end bistros and cute coffee cafe's out there. We are a hard working mom & pop that struggle to get by every day and we do not have any extra money to spend on... More

Although a quaint little restaurant, with home styled cooked meals, I found the service to be nonchalant, not that friendly and the cutlery to be less than plastic. I would have preferred plastic! The meal which was breakfast was nothing to write home about and pricey imo, for the costs. Would NOT return.

My husband and I come here often. He tries many different menu items - all good portions, great taste and good value. I only ever eat the ham and cheese omlette - it is my favourite. They cook the ham and cheese into the eggs instead of dumping the ingredients in the middle of the omlette (which I hate). Big... More

Stopped in for a late breakfast, all the staff were super nice. Checked in on us lots. Food was awesome, everything cooked perfect. Right size, filled you right up. Super fresh. Super clean restaurant, like smelled clean even! Very nice place to eat. Can't wait to go back.

If you are just hungry and will settle for whatever this place is ok. Busy for breakfast. Nothing special. Sometimes a long wait for food, weak coffee.

We ate here for breakfast. I had oatmeal & my husband had steak & eggs. The staff were very attentive to our needs & we didn't wait too long for the food to come out. The oatmeal was warm but not hot. The steak was OK but nothing special.
