This restaurant is rated the #1 restaurant in Tirano on TripAdvisor. We made reservations for lunch via The Fork since we only had 80 minutes between trains. The restaurant is about a 10 minute walk from the Tirano-Bernina Train Station and off the beaten path....Because we were short on time, our server suggested the tortellini with porcini mushrooms on caesars cream, mountain thyme and bresaola strips (bresaola is an air-dried salted beef) at 13 Euros per person. It was excellent. We also had the restaurant prepare a to go box for us with a small tasting of various cheeses and breads to eat on the 4 hour Bernina Express train trip back to Chur, Switzerland.More

Good service and great food. The price is ok and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Used at lunchtime. Quick and delicious.

Cozy atmosphere, delicious food and wine, excellent service. Our waiter was very friendly. My only regret is that we did not choose this restaurant the second night. I can highly recommend this place for everyone visiting the beautiful Tirano.

They did a great job renovating this old space. We had a group dinner in the cellar area, which was peaceful and quiet. Nice service. Very good presentation. Very good food, but short of great. Wine prices were high.

The restaurant is basically a wine cellar. Our table was in the basement, and it was a bit hot .The ambience is good. The food is good, not great, and presented well. The wines are priced a bit higher that one would expect.A tad expensive based on the food, but nonetheless probably...the best restaurant in TiranoMore

Like eating pieces of art, but the taste matched beauty! I had the cheese dumpling appetizer...excellent. We both had the venison pasta which was just as good. Then the octopus arrived...tender and flavorful. What a lovely find in a small town in Italy. The decor...and ambiance is also very nice. Very much worth a visit!More

Except for the crowded setting we were put into, the food service and environment was the best. So look over the setting arrangement before agreeing to the table. Anti pasta was dried meat with cheese and green, main course was vegetarian lasagna with a desert....The food was nicely done and the presentation very well done.More

My husband took me here for my birthday. The food was delicious. My husband ordered the fixed price meal which came with a starter of fried cheese & buckwheat and beef carpaccio. Then his main course was pizzocheri. And for dessert he had sorbet. I...had an a la carte selection, starting with a mixed salad. Then I had the tuna and a vanilla cream dessert. We had a bottle of the local Prosecco with dinner. The restaurant staff was lovely. The decor was simple and well done. The restaurant has a romantic feel in part of the historic city. I recommend it.More

A great rare steak a pasta dish and a very nice bottle of local red with good service. A bit of a splurge on our budget but very happy we did. Would totally recommend.
