This place is great little spot-nice atmosphere, fun and bright decor, right on the water. We came for dinner without a reservation and they were able to accommodate our big group of 7 (I'd recommend a reservation to be on the safe side). The food was delicious, authentic and fresh. Lots of fish, prawn and chicken options traditionally cooked. Save... More

We enjoyed an authentic lunch of accras on a shaded beach patio just a few feet from the water, served by a very helpful waiter who spoke English as well as French.

Thoroughly enjoyed this little place ! Since all the places face the harbor they are all mostly waterfront for dining, And this was as well. Most of the restaurants open for lunch and close for a bit in between and reopen at four five or six .Sit insideish Or at table in the sand ! We had dishes of fresh... More

This is a quiet and unassuming place. Not much in terms of decor or fancies in any way....but the food is great! There's a lot of variety but the specialty is fish. A decent "menu" (set meal with main and dessert) offering at a good price is a great place to start. Also right on the beach (with access) which... More

We loved eating here. The setting is beautiful and the food was very good. We were a group of six and it was best to make reservations ahead of time. We sat in the outer part of the restaurant so we could see the water. As everywhere in Guadeloupe it's helpful to speak at least a little bit of French.... More

We spent ten days in the area and ate at most of the restaurants on the strip in Deshaie. This was the most disappointing. Long wait, dry steak for me, far from fresh fish for my wife (who fed most of it to one of the stray cats in the place). Much better options.

We visited on a Tuesday night and found a table without booking. As we walked through to the harbour-side exterior we passed a charcoal fire with several fish being grilled about it. We enjoyed a small salad and two passable (3 euro) glasses of white wine. The fish took a while to be cooked but it was worth waiting. The... More

First things first: if you're in a rush, don't eat here. However, if you want to spend a long lunch sipping rosé with your toes on the sand and enjoying excellent seafood, DEFINITELY come here. We knew from other reviews that it would probably take awhile, so we weren't concerned with the wait, but we were surprised by just how... More

We had meals here couple of times during our stay in Deshaie as food was really good. If you are after the local food, then must try! Staffs are very nice and friendly. One thing need to mention is that... it took a while for food to be served. This was our first restaurants we went in Guadeloupe and surprised with... More
