We visited mount Etna and our way down we saw this Dolceria and local people eating various desserts. We had a lovely experience and the waiting staff were super friendly especially when we tried to order with our broken Italian. Definitely a must visit.

This is the perfect place for coffee and cake in Zafferana. Great ambience and service. I had the pistachio profiteroles and a macchiato. However, they also serve lunch and dinner paninis and traditional fried pizzas. We didn't try those, only saw other customers tucking into them. Those looked good, too!

We had the pleasure of going to this establishment after our Etna hiking tour and were amazed at how good the service and the food was. We were given a choice of drinks, arancini / calzones, a coffee with cannolis to finish off. A wonderful time with new found friends in a beautiful establishment.

We stopped here after an Etnapeople excursion. I was a little hesitant, based on the stares from others upon arrival as a group. We were each served a glass of wine, an arancina and calzone, and then a mini cannoli. The food was very good as was the service. I would love to come back and try something else.

Stopped here at lunchtime on the return from etna - it was almost hidden with no real signage. Had a slice of pizza and an arancini to eat with two small glasses of wine - followed this with a cake - all really tasty and a steal at €7.70! Well worth a stop

We stopped here returning from mount Etna. I enjoyed some very nice ice cream. My wife selected various pastries, and immediately fell in love with this place. And she's a real pastry addict and expert! We are only in the region for a couple of days, but we'll try to come back...

We stopped in after taking some time for shopping for honey and views of Etna and Mediterranean. The brioche with Crema was delicious and the caffe was good.

Great stop right near the centre for delicious house made cakes and pastries. Good coffee, beer and spirits too in this traditional style cafe. Friendly service.

I stopped here as part of a group on our way to Mt. Etna. The cappuccino and pastries that I had were absolutely delicious with those that had pistachio my absolute favorites. Definitely a good place to stop on your way up or down from Etna!
