This is the joint with the delicious 350yen soft serve ice cream with a delicious sweet potato biscuit. Must not miss this... It is a confectionery store as well.

Average taste for their lunch (we order soba & tempura) - however it has nice view, clean and reasonable price.

This is a very good place to take lunch if you are lake toya. It sure about dimmer. Lunch sets starts from 980 yen and generous portions. Most importantly, all our sets were so delicious and we left feeling gratified. Free packing but not life...so beware if you travel with wheelchair bound member. Need to climb up a flight of stairs. Tatami and table seating available. The view of the lake adds to nice casual feel during lunch. Bright and airy! Highly recommended!More

Good view of Lake Toya (no doubt) but we had the worst lunch on our trip. The seafood was not fresh compared to any places we have eaten and the service was slow. I will not recommend this to anyone.

The bottom floor is a dessert shop, while the top is a dining area. I didn't buy anything from the dessert shop but had lunch in the restaurant. The taste is decent but the serving size is small. If you're too lazy to shop for...food, this would make a quick and easy stop.More

Unfortunately we arrived at around 5pm and the cafe is closed. We managed to try a pack of the special snack, which pretends to be sweet potato. It is delicious! There is a pack of chairs facing the lake, which allows us to enjoy the...snack with the night view of Lake Toya. The shop is within walking distance from the onsen hotel 乃之風More

Took a walk alongside the lake and ran across this place. It's a good place for a quick cake and coffee and some souvenirs

A good resting place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee and Japanese cakes. Prices are quite reasonable. There's a variety of Japanese crackers sold individually for you to try and also a restaurant upstairs.

Wakasaimo is the most famous souvenir to buy when visiting Lake Toya. This shop is built on the shore of Lake Toya, so it has a beautiful view which you can admire sipping a coffee or having a proper meal. Wakasaimo, is meant to be...made with potatoes, but in fact it is made from beans grown around the Lake Toya area and made to taste like baked yams. There is a hand bath just outside the shop flowing with hot spring water, but I only learned of this after I left For most food souvenir sold, there are samples available for you to taste, so don't be shy. All in all, everything tasted was delicious.More

Had a leisurely lunch with a group of friends. Indeed it's leisurely with the nice food and splendid view of lake Toya. Restaurant is on the 2nd level with full length window looking out to lake Toya. Menu is quite comprehensive with good quality. Price...is reasonable. Will surely return.More
