The best cendol in Taiping. This indian uncle not only sell cendol but also pasembor. You can have a cendol biasa with only RM1++ and sure you can customized your cendol also (with pulut,red beans and etc). Coconut milk was not as thick as expected. Less taste and lacking of cendol. Still worth to try. Wish they can made tasteful a bit more by using more cendol and thicker coconut milk.
The cendol & pasembor was really delicious. The price is super affordable. The place is comfortable, clean as well. I can repeat cendol here every single day!
Was recommended to this cendol by a Taiping resident. Asked for the pulut and kacang cendol but only kacang was available Not like Melaka’s cendul with thick gula melaka I found it rather ordinary and no big deal.
They have a variety of cendol: biasa, kacang, pulut and pulut kacang, way under RM3. Although, generally I prefer the cendol with a heap of shredded ice with gula melaka and santan poured on top. Meh, tastes like normal cendol. Nothing special about it, just a tad too sweet for me. It's cheap though.
i tried this cendol for quiet some times. for me the cendol was ok as i prefer the old style cendol not like modern cendol that put almost everything in the cendol. the price was reasonable. i must say, i prefer their rojak than the...cendol. the cendol can be improved for a better taste.More
So-so cendol, was too sweet. The beans seemed off and was mushy + sweet as well as if they were being soaked in some sugar syrup before thrown into your bowl of cendol. The right thing to do if you're looking for cendol in taiping...is going to Ansari which is about 200m nearby. Period.More
very very good cendol, i have been here 3 times and all 3 times was served with consistent cendol :)
Had the cendol with kacang and pulut. Overall did not taste the saltiness that is suppose to have in the pulut. Also the pulut was slightly stiff. Can do better if the pulut has a slightly smokey taste.
Had my crave for cendol and pasembor yesterday. The cendol was ok but no pulut available. I still prefer Ansari cendol.
