Les Alizes food was delicious we both had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. The waiter was very helpful and attentive and made us feel very welcome. There is a great collection of Militaria on display in cabinets which was very interesting. Overall top visit and will definitely be going back there next time we are in France!

We were looking for a decent place, good food and decent cost and we found it with Les Alizes. We had €11.99 special which included the main dish, dessert and coffee. The food was well-prepared and the coffee was actually good. The service was also very good. Nothing that we can complain about...a rarity in food service!

We were weary having travelled 450 miles from the Dordogne and found this lovely restaurant.....how pleased we were! Spotlessly clean modern toilets. Attentive staff. Delicious food. A simple meal of Moules a la Normandie with an entrecôte steak was perfect. Well priced too.

Excellent choices on the adult and kid menus. Service was on the slow side, but it was very busy with few servers so it was to be expected. Food was very good. And they have a lovely patio to sit and people watch.

We walked around Juno beach early and decided to stop for breakfast. Neither of us spoke French. Not many things open around 7 in the morning. We stopped at the Les Alizes and sat outside. The waiter was very friendly (didn't know what he was saying) but I did understand that he asked if we wanted coffee. After that was... More

My 4th or 5th visit to Les Alizes where the seafood is absolutely fantastic. However, this evening I saw a client drop a spoon, the waiter picked it up, ambled off, answered the telephone and then delivered the same spoon back to the client. Not speaking French I wasn't comfortable raising this with the client who dropped the spoon, the... More

We had a ferry to catch and went to Courseulles for a bite to eat before we embarked. We tried several places on the harbour, but they all wanted us to wait two hours before they would serve food. We were resigned to a holiday without moules mariniere, but then we stumbled on Les Alizes. What a stroke of luck!... More

Having walked along the quayside and observing the fantastic array of local fish on offer, Les Alizes was a must and seafood had to be on the agenda. The place was packed but they found us a table for the six of us (aka The Rodney Boys). Me and Doug are the seafood gurus so we went the whole hog... More

Stayed here three years back and again last night. Fantastic service and food. Upstairs accommodation with ensuite. Good quality and excellent price. We would recommend this place but you will need to speak a little French as it caters for the locals mainly.

We had an excellent meal at this quayside gem. My wife has some extraordinary diet restrictions and a pre-visit to make a reservation and arrange ahead of time paid off in a memorable meal. They prepared an excellent swordfish dish and I had skate wing accompanied by one of the regional coders Normandy is known for. All was prepared to... More

Description
We had a meal here at midday on one and it was the best spot we ate at along the Normandy coast. The staff were great and the food was superb. We had our three young kids with us and we were all delighted, our kids were asking every day when were we going back again. It is also a hotel but I can't comment on this as we didn't stay but it looked lovely .
