Visited on Christmas eve (My annual pilgrimage to the brewery) and as well as shopping for festive throat lubricationm decided to grab a bite to eat in the Bistro. All I can say is the food is excellent, I had a Brie and Bacon Burger...with (to die for) fries and slaw. My partner had the BBQ wings with sides. Both well presented and freshly cooked, all washeddown with a foaming pint of delicious Black Sheep The staff were very friendly and attentive Well worth itMore

Went in for a Sunday roast. Ordered 2 portions of Yorkies and gravy for starters. 2 massive Yorkshire puddings per portion. Then 2 had pink beef and 2 had pork loin. The beef was delicious , only just pink but still very good. The pork...wasn’t in our opinion loin more roast pork belly with crackling but very good still. Good roast potatoes , another massive Yorkshire pudding each, mash, roast carrot and then bowls of green veg. A very good Sunday roast . The food is always good when we visit and we have booked for Thursday night, the last night of our weeks holiday in the Yorkshire Dales.More

First class service and meals. Enjoyed the meal and the beer and had a very happy kind waitress, the Porterhouse Steak was first class as was the Jam Rolly Polly. .

Booked online but didn't quite work out as planned. However the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate us. We had a great evening sampling a few beers and had a wonderful meal. Service was great, lovely food and I think...the staff are amazing. We will definitely be coming back to visit.More

Been here many times over the years, never fails to impress. Great beer, great service and the food is just spot on. You cannot go wrong if you go here. Game pot pie is excellent. Black Sheep best bitter is in my view the best...pint you can get. With the current COVID 19 restrictions the staff are doing an amazing job.More

My partner and i came for Sunday lunch today and it was delicious. I had the banana blossom (vegi fish) and chips and my partner had the vegi roast. All delicious and washed down with a few black sheep bears for me.

My friends and I finished our black sheep brewery Tour de France T-shirt challenge at buttertubs at the end of September. We then visited the black sheep brewery to celebrate with beer and food. Thanks to Jake and Rob Theakston for making us feel so...welcome. Food and beer were great.More

We stayed in Fearby on Thursday on our way to Hawes for the weekend so decided to book a table in Masham for an evening meal. We have been to the Black Sheep brewery for tours and meals before and have always enjoyed our visits....This time was no exception and we were served by Karen who was so much fun and had a gift of dealing with customers differently according to her perception of them. We had delicious food and it was a great start to our weekend in North Yorkshire. Thank you and see again soon hopefullyMore
