I visited Jani's last night after having a takeaway last week. The takeaway was great as well however it was off the back off an afternoon on the ale and we all now how good food tastes after booze! So a second visit was required to get a balance. It really didn't disappoint. I am a fairly good judge when... More
What is it about Baildon? It's very well stocked with curry places! We normally eat at Rupali as it was my Gran's favourite, but they aren't open on a Monday so we ended up at Jani's for my daughter's birthday this evening. After having lots of takeaways from this restaurant, our recent experience was very poor. Delivered Half an hour later than specified on Just Eat. Greasy tasting poppadoms, lovely Kashmiri kebabs,Lamb Rani ( too sweet overdose of mango chutney, not spicy). Balti chilli chicken very mild even with extra chillies. Chilli Naan delicious & king prawn dopiaza ok.
Just ordered food from here very disappointed the 2 very small samosas at a cost of £3-50 were non spicy and very bland..the chapattis were thick and heavy the popadoms were tasteless the chicken korma was also bland..this place is certainly lacking a spice rack..I wouldn't waste my money again..I thought as it was a more expensive place to eat...
