We were greeted warmly at the front door, even without a reservation. A nice surprise for France. AND we were given a choice table, not the table by the bathrooms or kitchen. Then a complementary starter, green vegetable soup. Very tasty, seasoned perfectly. When the bread came, it was accompanied by salt butter and tomato butter. Delicious! I selected the... More

Great food (we had two different menus), fair prices, lovely wines, stylish interior design and an extremely funny and welcoming staff. We spent one evening by drinking some glasses of great Pinot Grois and another day enjoyed an impressive lunch. Beside the excellent food the great staff made our stay to a highly remarkable and great experience. Must be visited!

We went their to celebrate a birthday with the family. The first impressions on walking inside is already very nice, cost interior and and open kitchen. This totally sets the ambiance of this place. We were not disappointed by the rest. Great food, the service is excellent and never becomes "heavy". And finally a restaurant where there is plenty space... More

We came here to visit the picturesque village of Kientzheim which is on the middle of some Alsace vineyards. We dropped by this restaurant based on the trip advisor review & we weren't disappointed. The local Alsace-an food was fantastic & the local wines were great. The staffs & service were friendly & helpful, they even spoke English with us.... More

The restaurant of our hotel (which was pretty darn good - separate review of "A L'Agneau" in Katzenheim) had the day off, so they recommended this place a few villages down the road. Kientzheim is a very beautiful little village, with an old city wall and gate, and full of gorgeous old houses. "Cote Vigne" is in one of them.... More

The restaurant is established in a great fortified village on the middle of wineries. It's a quite old and typical building with the visible stones inside the restaurant. We spent a really good time there because the waiters were so professional and nice. Even if they're in the rush, they always takes time to have a conversation and we didn't... More

We stumbled upon Cote Vigne while touring through Alsace on business. It had just gone 12:00 midday, and we walked in without a reservation and were offered a table immediately. The service was fantastic, the food excellent and the wine list also a surprise. The three course set lunch is unbelievable value at €13.00! Highly reccomended.

This was our second visit to Cote Vigne - our first was in November 2013 - and it didn't disappoint. Unfortunately for us, they were completely booked for New Year's Eve but we managed to get a table two evenings prior. The restaurant was decked out in Xmas warmth and the welcome from the owner and his wife, the chef,... More

Everything was OK - nothing more than that. The food was nicely plated, but the tastes were standard. The waiter was cheerful but we had to go look for him when we needed something. Had to wait a long time for the mains to arrive. We've had better places in Elsace this week.
