16th April Family Dinner-
Absolutely disappointed with the food and service here. Ordered indian meal (Jalfrezi and Karahi) which was extremely SALTY. We informed the staff and he offered to make a new one which would take longer for which we were happy to wait....However, the food appeared within 5 min and we found out they re-heated and re-served the same dish. The taste was no different and still full of SALT. Clearly, the staff was lying and the only reason he said it would take longer was to discourage us from re-ordering and rather have the salty food. A total lack of integrity if the staff does not own his own mistake. There is no reason to lie and they could have just said that that they would alter the food, instead gave us a false hope of cooking a new one. Informed this later to the manager at the tilt on the way out, and the answer was even more disappointing. He said "re-cook and re-heat the same food is what we do if the customer says the food is salty"; not an answer any customer would expect.
For all the review visitiors, if you want to go for indian food, I would strongly recommend an authentic indian restaurant.More
